Minaya

Minaya lives in the village of Imamqulukend in Qusar. She is part of the Lezgi people group. She is over 55 and has been knitting for her entire life. Now she has a daughter-in-law living with her who takes care of most of the work around the house. Minaya is still in charge of the animals and baking fresh bread each week. But she still has lots of time to knit!
