Izafe is 60 years old. She is from the village of Alik in Quba, which is a very remote village. The people of Alik have a language all of their own that is spoken only in their village. Her husband and son are shepherds. She has been knitting since she was 10 years old. She learned from her mom. She spends her money on her grandkids and on utilities. She loves finding new patterns from her village and trying them.
